Pre-Condition Photographic
Dilapidation Survey

Increasingly, Insurers and property developers require contractors to have a dilapidation survey done prior to the commencement of construction work and providing third party insurance cover.

This survey involves a detailed recording of the existing dilapidation in the area surrounding the construction site. Through these surveys, all existing defects and damage in buildings and structures in the immediate vicinity of the construction sites are recorded and photographed before the construction work commences. This protects the contractor's and the Insurer's interests in the event of a third party claim.
