Structured investigation

Of special interest is our world-wide office network which enables us to investigate the bone-fides or otherwise of suspected fraudulent claims which are becoming increasingly common. Referrals can be made to check the authenticity of police, medical and accident reports with a highly impressive detection success ratio.

Travel claims handling can either be conducted on a special annual scheme basis with terms mutually agreed or alternatively on an individual basis in connection with referrals for high value losses.

Our recent experiences revealed that the number of incidents where travel claims were found to be fraudulent is becoming more widespread. As such, staff from our Special Investigation unit are often asked to assist to investigate these claims.
